Shipping policy

UK delivery

Free delivery on all UK orders. Sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically arriving within 1 to 3 working days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. European orders are £11.00 and rest of world orders are £13.00, typically arriving within 5 to 10 working days. International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard, which includes compensation cover up to £50 but does not include tracking.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from the UK. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Customs and duties

International customers may be charged import duties or taxes by their own country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by postal delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch for UK orders, or 21 working days for international orders, please contact us at pocketturbo7@gmail.com.
