Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return your Pocket Turbo for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we cover the cost and refund you in full.

Cancellation rights

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. If you cancel within this period we will refund the item price and the standard delivery cost you paid. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items

If your Pocket Turbo arrives damaged or does not work, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

How to start a return

Email pocketturbo7@gmail.com with your order number and we will talk you through it. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 working days, to your original payment method.
